International Shipping Delays
To our international customers -
Many of you who placed orders with us around Christmas have not received your purchases yet. We want to assure you that your orders were shipped out on the date promised. A massive blizzard hit the North-East of America right after Christmas. Although we are located in Miami, Florida all our international packages go to New Jersey for processing before they head out of the United States, so all our international shipments were slowed by the storm.
Between Christmas, New Years, and the blizzard the USPS has been seriously behind on processing their international shipments. If you ordered right around Christmas please be aware that your shipment has been delayed and WILL take longer than normal to arrive.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we appreciate your patience. Rest assured that we stand behind all your purchases and if for any reason your order does not arrive we will of course send out replacements at no charge to you.
