Hiring a Customer Service Manager!

Lukie Games, Inc. is a leader in online video game sales specializing in original Nintendo, Super Nintendo, N64, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and Sega Genesis, and Sony Playstation games systems and accessories. We are the largest online retailer of classic games in the world. We've had exceptional growth even during the recession and have more than doubled in size every year for the past several years. We're continuing to grow at a rapid pace and have added a new customer service manager position!

What will I be doing?


First let's be clear, as a small rapidly growing company everyone is expected to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. If you've ever said "that's not my job" then don't apply. That being said most of your time will be spent handling customer service. Some phone calls (usually 6-12 a day) but mostly emails. Assisting with returns, exchanges, disputes, order entry and processing, photographing and describing new products, and printing shipping labels and packing slips. Some supervision of employees.

Requirements

Positive, optimistic, happy attitude
Excellent written and verbal English
Excellent communication skills
Must like video games - you don't need to be an expert
4+ years of customer service experience
Some supervisory / management experience
Must be very proficient with computers and be able to quickly learn our systems
Experienced with Microsoft Office
Hard worker used to a fast paced environment
Able to be creative with problem solving and capable of thinking outside the box
Some e-commerce experience
Must be awesome



Helpful but not required -


Fluent in Spanish
Experience with Endicia and Fedex Ship Manager
Experience with growing small or midsized companies
Experience with Stone Edge Order Manager

Compensation - 35-50k a year plus bonuses and benefits.
